To access our courses, you must create an account and select a subscription plan. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription access is for individual use only. Sharing your login credentials with third parties or using a single account for multiple users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription tiers — Starter, Professional, and Premium — billed on a monthly or annual basis. The features included in each plan are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year and receive a 30% discount compared to the monthly rate.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund on all new subscriptions within the first seven (7) calendar days of initial purchase, with no questions asked. To request a refund within this period, contact us at info@swasmastion.digital.
After the initial seven-day period, we do not offer refunds for partially completed subscription terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. No refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the billing period beyond the guarantee window.
Refund requests are processed within five to ten business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 1 June 2025
Swasmastion Ltd is committed to making our website and digital learning materials accessible to everyone, regardless of disability or the technology they use to access them. We actively work to ensure that our digital services meet or exceed the standards set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Our Compliance Level
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our website has been designed and developed with the following accessibility principles in mind:
- Perceivable: Text alternatives are provided for non-text content. Content can be presented in different ways without losing meaning. We use sufficient colour contrast ratios for all text throughout the site.
- Operable: All interactive elements are keyboard navigable. We provide sufficient time for users to interact with content. Animations can be reduced or disabled via browser settings.
- Understandable: Our content is written in plain, clear English. Form fields include clear labels and helpful error messages. Navigation is consistent throughout the site.
- Robust: Our website is built using valid, semantic HTML5 markup. We use ARIA attributes where appropriate to support assistive technologies, including screen readers.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full compliance, we acknowledge the following known limitations that we are actively working to address:
- Some older embedded video content may lack closed captions. We are in the process of adding captions to all video materials.
- Complex SVG illustrations in course content may have limited screen reader support. We are adding descriptive text alternatives to all SVG assets.
- Third-party content, including payment processing interfaces, may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We work with providers that prioritise accessibility and report issues to them when identified.
Compatible Technologies
Our website is optimised for use with the following assistive technologies and browsers:
- Screen readers: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
- Voice control: Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Voice Control (macOS/iOS)
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (current and two prior versions)
- Zoom and browser magnification tools up to 400%
Formal Complaints
We take accessibility feedback seriously. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or within our course materials that we have not addressed, we want to know. Please allow us 28 days to respond before escalating to the relevant authority.
If we fail to respond satisfactorily, you may contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) at equalityhumanrights.com or the relevant equivalent body for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
